Women Fitness Program

Whenever women are wishing for a fitness plan one should realize that they aren't taking it up just to look fit. One who can understand women psychology realizes that they constantly have supplementary reasons for doing everything.
As a woman we wish to get healthy but we also wish to halt the effects of aging, lose weight, improve our flexibility, improve our tone, be more attractive to the opposite sex, look younger and even further, prominently help us appear good-looking enough to pass assessment by any women.
Reasons why one should be Fit and how to achieve these Goals:
Before one starts any fitness plan she should actually make a decision that her determination is significant enough to maintain her motivation and triumph over all the dumb excuses she thought of in the history. The fitness plan must turn out to be one of those possessions that one should do without any queries like brushing your teeth or like eating. Till one is influenced of the advantages of the fitness plan and that one needs to be adequate to stay attentive and want to keep away from the risks that one will face if she doesn't follow the fitness plan correctly, she won't gain any achievement only then she should move ahead.
If one feels that she is confused whether she is in good physical condition or not, she should always consult a family general practitioner before commencing any fitness plan. A fine fitness plan would grant for energetic work out but also considers about involving minimum health risks for women if she is in excellent health or as guided under the physician's advice.
The woman fitness plan for lady's exceptional desires and needs would allow her to achieve up to her accurate potential. An exact fitness plan designed for her will help her feel, look and do her best. It would also grant her the capability to execute daily tasks alertly and vigorously with vigor left over for enjoying spare time actions after she has completed with her daily fitness plan.
As she starts her workout routine, it is necessary to keep in mind that health is an entity quality that varies from human to human. It is inclined by age, heredity, sex, exercise, personal habits and eating practices. So if you have an important person to have a high regard for, who is really healthy be sure it's someone who is somewhat like you.

Mens Fitness: The Right Program For You!

Men's fitness programs are often designed differently than women's fitness programs. Where women are mostly interested in weight loss and improved health and well-being men's fitness programs are focused on adding mass and 'bulking up.'

Men's fitness programs give men two options - a solid buff body or a lean healthy body. Either reason that men choose to be in a fitness program they will receive many different health benefits. Research has shown that exercise will decrease cholesterol levels, decrease body fat, decrease risk for stroke, heart attack and cancer and improve circulation and an improved sense of well-being.

Before undertaking a men's fitness program men should consult with their doctor. Although this may be against their basic feeling of immortality and 'I can do anything' attitude it is always better to check with the doctor to be sure that the planned activity will not interfere with a known medical condition or medication.

Men's fitness programs can be accomplished at home or at a gym. This is a personal choice for men. There is no right or wrong answer. At home fitness programs are more convenient, take less time (no travel time to and from the gym), no membership fees and very private. You do have to purchase a couple of pieces of equipment that will do the job to achieve your goals.

At a gym you give up privacy and convenience for trainers, top-notch equipment and other men for motivation and socialization. If you do decide to join a gym for your men's fitness program be sure to evaluate your options thoroughly. Look at convenience of drive time, price, the number and quality of trainers, equipment, services, childcare if it's needed and the hours they are open. Also check with your employer since some have agreements with gyms for cheaper fees. Men's fitness programs benefit your employer as well since a healthy company often pays cheaper insurance fees.
If you want to use a home gym be sure to evaluate the equipment to meet the needs of your men's fitness program. Look at the price of the equipment, the space you have available for use and storage, reliability of the machine, function, and the number and variability of the exercises that are available on the machine.
To be successful men's fitness programs must be made a priority in your fast paced lifestyle. This can be hard to accomplish, especially at first. Other commitments are vying for time and energies. There are work and family commitments as well as friends and relatives who all want a piece of your life. Sometimes men complain that after a long day at work the thought of working out is too tiring but interestingly working out will actually give you more energy! You have to make a commitment to your health and fitness program to be sure that it is successful.
Men's fitness programs are also successful when they incorporate sports or activities that you enjoy. Most men feel out of place doing aerobics or yoga but a good game of basketball, raquetball or tennis is just what the doctor ordered. If you enjoy these sports don't depend upon the occasional game (1 x a week) to meet the needs of a men's fitness program. You should also include other activities to prepare your body for the one time a week all out effort that these sports require. Without preparation and conditioning there is a higher risk of injury and a higher health risk since you won't be involved in a program that prepares your body but rather doing activities that create stress once a week.
A good men's fitness program will engage your mind and your passion and give you a reason to continue to workout week after week. This is a lifetime commitment to health and wellness that will decrease your health risks and give you a whole new outlook on life.

Men's Health Check - Early Detection Can Save Many Lives!

Did you know that each hour in each civilized country, at least five men die from conditions that are potentially preventable? Or that men live on average six years less than women?
According to the Australian Medical Association, many men treat their health as a low priority while they juggle the competing demands of work and family life. Apparently, men often adopt a "functional view" of their bodies. Only when their work, play or exercise is below par, they understand there may be a problem. Another fact is that most men stop visiting doctors regularly between the age of 20 and 45. By the time the begin visiting GP's again, their ailments are more chronic in nature!
Like a car needs a regular inspection and service, your health needs a regular inspection as well! Prevention and early detection are key. To prevent and mitigate risks of obesity, diabetes, cancer, hypertension, cardiovascular disease, etc., there is a thing you can do: an annual men's health check! This is the best advice I can give you, as it will most certainly help you to maintain and protect your own health.
The main objectives of a men's health check/assessment are:
* To improve and maintain your well being in the short and long term.
* To ensure you maintain your physical independence in the long term.
* To prevent the onset of disease, including cancer.
* To detect disease early, including cancer.

A complete men's health check should cover the detection and prevention of:
* Nutritional imbalances.
* Excess body weight.
* Disease of your heart and arteries (cardiovascular disease - build-up of plaque in your arteries).
* High blood pressure (hypertension).
* Abnormal blood fats (dyslipidaemia).
* Abnormal blood sugar (insulin resistance/pre-diabetes/diabetes).
* Prostate problems.
* Weak bones (osteoporosis), calcium and vitamin D deficiencies.
* Screening for cancer, in particular skin, testicles, prostate, bowel.
* Sexual difficulties, in particular erection and ejaculation problems (optional).
* Sexually transmitted infections (optional).
* Immunizations.

Most large medical centers offer health checks and there are specialized men's health check centers in most large cities around the world. They'll do a full health check and provide you with advise on how to improve your health. It will all be on a strictly confidential basis! A men's health check will take you at least 1 to 2 hours and will cost approx. $300-$600 of which you can claim a large part from your health insurance. A lot of employers do have agreements in place with external health and well being providers, so just ask internally if your employer can arrange and fund your annual health check.
To find a men's health check specialist near you, just Google "men's health check" with your location to find a specialized center near you. Please do yourself a big favor and schedule a health check appointment on the short term. It is one of the best health investments you can make!
Make your health your top priority. You can't buy your health or life back after years of neglecting it while you earn your living!

Tips For Basic Mens Fitness

I have been writing about different areas of mens fitness and fitness nutrition, but what about the basics of fitness. The core so to speak and why us men want to be fit. Fitness is for all ages. It doesn't matter how young or old you may be. It is never too late to start.
Men are the breadwinners of the family usually. If a man is fit, he has way more energy for his work and for his family life. You feel better, look better, and are happier. I feel every man should strive to achieve some level of fitness. You don't have to train like an Olympian, but overall fitness, to me, is a must. I am sure the ladies agree.
The first part of a fitness routine and the most basic is Flexibility. Stretches before and after a workout will keep you flexible and away from injury. The second aspect of mens fitness is a good cardio workout. Cardio gets the blood pumping, increases your lung capacity and their ability to distribute oxygen to your blood. This gives you almost unlimited resources of energy for anything that comes up in your daily life. The blood flow also keeps your brain oxygenated Which improves its overall capacity for handling anything that comes its way. The third is building muscle and strength training. Now these are definitely optional. Some men do not want to be "musclebound". There is nothing wrong with keeping the muscles toned and fit though.
By far, in my opinion, is the cardio workouts. Aerobics if that is all the time you have. By focusing on cardio more, it keeps the arteries and veins open, keeps cholesterol low, and keeps the heart fit and strong. The heart is just a muscle after all and needs it's workouts. Cardio will keep you young and full of energy. Stretching for flexibility and cardio is truly all you would need.
If you want to build muscle then, by all means, do it. If you are going to weight train, follow some simple rules. Know how to do your exercises properly, stretch properly before exercising, and possibly have a workout buddy/spotter for your lifting. Always be safe. To build muscle properly is where the proper nutrition comes in like I covered in a previous article. You need to get a well balanced diet, take vitamin and mineral supplements, get your fair share of protein(around 1 gram for every pound you weigh), drink plenty of water, and don't push yourself too hard or overtrain. The best foods to eat are raw foods(vegetables) in a wide variety, chicken, turkey, and fish. Red meat if it is lean and not fatty.
There you have it. Some basics of mens fitness workouts and nutrition. Some of these are obvious and others aren't. When we write about fitness, we tend to think everybody is already a semi expert and that isn't always the case.

How to Find the Best Workout Routine

How to Find the Best Workout Routine
Most of us have gone looking for the best workout program before. It's tough enough to get determined to exercise without having to dig through a variety of magazines and books that pretty much all generally suggest something different. What makes things more frustrating is that because most internet sites, publications, and trainers are retailing something how can we know what really works?
Here are my personal top 5 suggestions for locating the best workout routine which will work for you.
1 - Recognize what your actual desired goals are. For some men and women they would like to discover how to shed extra pounds, other people what to determine the simplest way to build muscle, and other people only desire to feel healthier. Not every person would like to be a bodybuilder so get crystal clear on what you want out of a exercise plan. You have to discover the best workout program for you that will secure you the outcome you would like.
2 - Do a little homework. Work out plans have come a long way and they've cut through some of the misunderstandings. I did my personal investigating on the net for a exercise routine and found the very best 2 that seem to be obtaining results at the moment, but these are not designed for bodybuilding. I searched on places like Amazon.com on their Best Sellers portion under workout to determine the top exercise programs. The most useful part of that tip is that you may check out most of the consumer reviews and determine exactly how many buyers attained genuine results from each routine, the majority of customer reviews on Amazon are brutally straight. Amazing source of information.
3 - Carve thru the hype. Most websites are retailing the method therefore it's not easy to know if it seriously gets results. The best workout routines will likely have an abundance of ordinary women and men not in their tv commercials which have tried it and gotten ideal returns. Google the brand of the exercise routine and look at what pops up for Google images. If you uncover a lot of images from typical folks this is a ideal pointer that it most likely gets results.
4 - Get fully commited. One half of the difficulty is finding the best workout program, and yet that makes no difference for those who aren't going to follow through. An individual's amount of devotion is as critical or even more than searching out the right workout routine. You have taken the time to come this far and become well-informed and that is certainly great, however for you to transform your fitness as well as your whole body you will definitely need to get wholly commited.
5 - Carry out the total program. Routines generally produce the most significant results with time. Meaning the people that start a fitness routine and subsequently don't actually follow through will lose out on the most significant rewards that come in the end. If it is a Ninety day course then you should not measure it until day 91. I mean it, that's one of the greatest problems. The folks who designed the exercise routine placed time and energy into crafting something that obtains returns. In order to confirm them a liar hold off until you've done it totally.
So there it is, know your desired goals, perform the basic research, chop through the marketing, become entirely commited, and additionally perform the whole entire course. Every step provides worth to the subsequent part which means you attain the best through your fitness routine experiences. Never defraud your own self, never rob your own plan, and do not wait until tomorrow to get started. Remember speak with your healthcare professional before commencing any workout plans.

Exercise Fitness Made Simple

You may consider this as a confession of an average Joe. I, like many people have a genetic predisposition toward being heavy.
It seems like most of my adult life, I have had to pay special attention to my weight and therefore my appearance. I have tried many different exercise fitness programs and routines. Some delivered much better results than others.
On the one hand, you have the myriad of diet and fitness plans we are all inundated with through advertising and media, on the other, we have our own ideas and thoughts
about weight loss and exercise fitness.

I am not here to sell you on any ideas or to hawk any programs but, I wanted to tell you what I have tried and what has worked for me.
About four years ago, I was so fed up with the weight I had gained and the gradual but obvious loss of my youthful health, that I decided I had to do something about it.
I looked at many different programs and plans and decided that I would try a low carb, high protein diet. I also decided that I would find an exercise fitness program
that fit my schedule and that I could find the time to do. I didn't want big muscles and all that, I just wanted to burn the fat and look and feel better!

I made a decision to go with the Atkins diet for my diet plan approach and to try Tom Venuto's "Burn The Fat, Feed The Muscle" for my EXERCISE FITNESS PLAN.
My key approach to all of this was to be realistic and keep it simple. I set a goal to lose 44 pounds. I weighed 204 pounds at the time and my goal was to get to 160 pounds. I also wanted to firm up my sagging body parts and my primary drive and motivation was to LOOK and FEEL better.
I also decided that I would follow these programs' recommendations to the letter and be as disciplined as I could to achieve the results I wanted. It was not easy but like I said, my thought was to keep my approach simple and attainable. I decided I would give myself one year to achieve my goals.
To my great astonishment, as I got involved with the Atkins low carb diet, and the Burn The Fat exercise fitness program, the weight began to melt away! I stuck with the recommended "induction" phase of the Atkins diet twice as long as recommended, (four weeks instead of two) and I lost 16 pounds my first month! At the same time, I began to tone up my sagging muscles and dropped two pant sizes!
Inspired on by my progress, I became more determined than ever to keep going. I developed a plan to allow myself one "free day" a week to eat whatever I desired and then tested my weight to see if it would work and if I was still losing weight.
I was!

The end result was, I lost 44 pounds and achieved my goals in four months rather than a year, and I have managed, with proper exercise fitness and low carb dieting to keep it off! Essentially now what I do to stay in "maintenance" is I eat meat, fruit and vegetables (all I want), and I continue to have one "free day" every week.
I think the key to my success is allowing my own body to develop my metabolism to deal with my exercise fitness and low carb diet lifestyle.

I stay away from soft drinks, sugars, high starch foods and breads. On my one free day per week, I eat whatever I want. This continues to work for me.
I wrote this post to encourage you to develop your own exercise fitness and diet program if you haven't already. You WILL LOOK BETTER, FEEL BETTER and be in BETTER HEALTH. You have everything to gain and nothing to lose! Regardless of age or health conditions, you can do it! I am 53 years old and was 44 pounds heavier than I am now.
I am in the best shape of my life and I feel great! You can do it to!
Start today and make a change because you are worth it.

Post Exercise Fitness Workout Secrets

Your exercise fitness workout has just finished. You are done! Now off to the refrigerator to replenish yourself, and relax.
This is a common attitude of most fitness program participants. Once the workout has completed, it is over. The training session has finished, and it is time to live life. Not so fast!
People are on exercise fitness programs for a variety of reasons which includes weight loss, muscle building, longevity, and even athletic performance.
Even though each one of these individuals are on a customized exercise fitness workout, they all have one aspect in common - time after their training sessions that can be used to propel them toward their goals.
Most exercise program participants don't really realize how crucial their post workout time is towards achieving their specific goals. In fact, the exercise fitness program doesn't just end when the workout is completed. Effort needs to be continued outside of training sessions in order to reach a particular goal.
An example would be a person who is interested in weight loss. This person just finished a 1 hour exercise fitness workout that burned off 500 calories. After completion of the fitness program, they proceed to go home, and raid the refrigerator to replace the workout energy expended with 2000 calories of pizza, and ice cream. Hold on a second! This person did workout, didn't they? Therefore, they can eat as much possible. Right? Wrong!
No matter what goal you have set for yourself, it is important to consider these 5 post workout fitness tips.
1. Fitness is a 24 hour a day lifestyle. You must fully participate in this behavior 24 hours a day, sleep included, for optimum physical fitness workout results. When you finish your exercise fitness workout, the program never stops. Please develop that mindset.
2. Consider the calories you burned off versus the amount you ingested. Don't spend an hour in the gym burning off 500 calories when you are going to go home and put away 3000 calories to reward yourself for a good workout. That is called sabotage.
For muscle building, make sure your calories are slightly higher than the amount you have burned off. Please note, you don't need to load up on an enormous amount of calories to build muscle. An extra 50 - 100 a day will be sufficient.
3. Focus on proper nutrition between fitness training workouts. That means eating a balanced diet from all the major food groups. Also, make sure you are properly hydrated with water.
4. Proper post workout nutrient timing. No matter what type of exercise, it is always advised to consume carbohydrates, and protein within 1 hour of a difficult workout.
5. Allow adequate rest between your fitness training sessions. Remember, the higher the exercise fitness workout intensity, the more rest is needed between training sessions. High intensity strength training will need more rest between sessions than doing cardiovascular work at 60% of your maximum heart rate.
The objective of this article is to get you to realize what goes on after the workout is as important as the workout itself. You will reach your exercise fitness workout goals faster if you pay close attention to what you do outside of your fitness training session.

Fitness Nutrition Tips

Anyone that has tried to lose weight knows there's more to dropping pounds than merely getting regular exercise. You can actually use nutrition to influence your weight loss by consuming certain foods before, during, and after exercise to improve your chances of shedding excess weight. Following these fitness nutrition tips can make all the difference in the world to your fitness goals.
It is possible to begin losing weight without changing your eating habits by adding physical exercise; however exercising will increase weight loss. Increased physical activity has many benefits: increased blood flow to all parts of the body, increased oxygen supply and waste products are removed through perspiration. You also change your body's flexibility, strength, endurance, and cardiovascular health.
Exercise also helps to raise your HDL (high-density lipoprotein) cholesterol, which is desirable. It helps regulate blood sugar levels and convert stored fat into sugars that can be used to provide energy for the body. There's no doubt about it, getting regular exercise is important in trying to lose weight or maintain a healthy weight.
Diet, on the other hand, can't accomplish the above results on its own. Eating the wrong foods can adversely affect your weight loss efforts. While you may be trying your hardest to exercise properly, poor eating habits can sabotage everything you're working toward.
• Eating every two to three hours can actually help in your weight loss efforts. Eating more often keeps blood sugar levels even. You don't have to worry about middle of the afternoon slump because you're providing your body with the energy it needs to function properly.

• Plan on eating breakfast whether you think you're hungry or not. Eating breakfast gets your metabolism in gear for the day. Include a serving of protein (4 oz) in that first meal.
• Eat a good carbohydrate at each meal. These include green vegetables (broccoli, spinach, or green beans), cauliflower, apples, oats, yogurt, and skim milk. Whole grain breads would also make a good carbohydrate choice.
• Limit fats to one each day and be sure that fat will remain liquid at room temperature. This type of fat is necessary for your body to function properly. Extra virgin olive oil, canola oil and flaxseed oil are good choices.
• Drink plenty of water. This could be up to a gallon each day, especially if you're exercising strenuously. Replacing water lost during exercise will help your kidneys function and flush fats and toxins out of your system.
• Allow yourself a "free day." This doesn't mean that you should pig out on everything you've been missing during the week, but eating a treat one day a week can help shock your metabolism and kick it into high gear when you return to your regular diet.
• Sugary fruits such as bananas are best eaten first thing in the morning or up to three hours after your workout.
• Immediately following your work out, eat at least 20 grams of simple sugar and whey. Some experts believe chocolate milk may be a better choice over an electrolyte replacement. A half-hour to an hour later, eat a starchy carbohydrate such as potatoes or rice to steady your blood sugar.
• Use spices to add flavor to your meals and also to provide necessary antioxidants for heart health. Cayenne, cumin, cardamom and turmeric are great for increasing your metabolic rate.
Making healthy choices in regard to food is important in fitness nutrition. To receive the full benefit you want to exercise regularly, as well. You don't have to spend hour upon hour at the gym or compete in a marathon. By eating the proper foods at the proper times, along with 20 to 30 minutes of exercise a minimum of three times a week, your body will begin to shed excess weight.

Why Good Nutrition and Physical Fitness Is Vital to Good Health?

Health, nutrition and fitness are the three interrelated areas that determine an individual's sense of happiness and well being.
Health
Health involves the physical, mental and spiritual levels of the individual. A physically healthy person is one who can carry out normal daily physical activities and respond to emergencies with out undo fatigue or pain. The health part of health, nutrition and fitness is achieved through a balanced program of good nutrition, healthy physical activity, continuous education and mental activities, and social and spiritual activities. Your choices of the food you eat and your physical activities affect both your short term and long term health (how you feel now and in the future). You may be getting plenty to eat, but if it is not a proper balance of choices from all five of the basic food groups you may be adding fat to your body without generating the energy to burn the calories and energy to the cells to carry out their functions. Healthy physical activity helps burn off any excess calories you consume, and keeps muscles and joints flexible and strong. Your efforts of continued education (reading, attending seminars, as well as attending formal education classes), and spiritual activities (social activities, attending devotional services, meditation, etc) provides you with a sense of accomplishment and well being. An important part of good health is being physically fit and maintaining proper body weight. Maintaining good health requires following a nutritional diet, and exercising to build and maintain muscles, and to burn of any excess calories.

Nutrition
The nutritional health part of health, nutrition and fitness deals with the food we consume to maintain our health and provide energy to carry on our daily lives. Nutrition is the process of nurturing or being nourished; the total of all the processes that a plant or animal uses to take in and process food substances to maintain a healthy life. A healthy nutrition life style requires a balanced diet of food selected from the five basic food groups, fruits, vegetables, naturally calcium rich dairy products or calcium enriched products, whole grains, and protein (lean meat fish, peas and beans). Other nutritional factors should also be considered. Most fruits and vegetables are better if they are consumed raw because heating destroys some of the healthy nutrients. Steaming and broiling food is better than boiling or frying foods. Preparing fresh fruits and vegetables is better than processed or prepared foods.

The prepared foods generally contain more salt (sodium) than necessary and other flavor enhancing substances. Some of these additives do not add any nutritional value to the food and may even be harmful to your health. More nutritional factors to consider are the variety of the fruits and vegetables in our diet. Nutritional data shows that dark green vegetables (romaine lettuce, kale, broccoli, etc.), and orange vegetables (carrots, sweet potatoes, pumpkin and summer squash) provides more nutritional value than some of the less colorful vegetables. Here are even more nutrition facts. Some foods contribute to burning fat. Green tea contributes to fat burning by increasing the body's metabolism and increasing energy level. Foods high in protein are more difficult to digest so they require more calories in the digestive process. Good nutrition practices may not be sufficient for some people they may require unique supplements such as CoEnzimeQ10 or others.
Physical Fitness
Physical fitness part of fitness, health and nutrition is the ability to carry out daily activities, enjoy leisure activities and have a healthy immune system to resist disease and infection. Developing and maintaining good physical fitness requires a balance of good nutrition and varied physical exercise. There are there elements to physical fitness: specific fitness the ability to perform daily functions related to work or recreation, general fitness the ability to enjoy leisure time and a sense of peace with the environment, preparedness the ability to over come or avoid emergencies.

There also three factors in achieving good physical fitness good nutrition, physical exercise and restful (sleep). The nutrition maintains the health of the cells and provides the energy to perform the exercises. Physical exercise may be used to accomplish work to earn a living, participate in athletic events, develop and maintain healthy cardiovascular system, or control body weight. Physical fitness and how physical fitness is achieved varies depending on individual. If a person is involved in an occupation that requires vigorous activity and has good nutrition possibly no other exercise is needed to maintain a fit body.
However, even people who are who work hard at their occupation may need additional cardiovascular exercise to keep their heart and blood vessels in optimum condition. People whose profession does not require vigorous physical exercise special effort is required to achieve and maintain physical fitness. A good nutritional diet is the obvious starting point. Some easy things are use stairs rather than elevators, park a little farther from the office or store entrance, throw away the television remote, change channels the old fashion way, and walk to near by offices or neighbors rather than using the telephone. These efforts will help, but more vigorous physical exercise is needed for good physical fitness.
For cardiovascular health a routine of physical exercise over a period a minimum of 20 minutes three times per week is required. The best and generally most convenient cardiovascular exercise is walking. Another good cardiovascular exercise is swimming. Swimming will also help in building and toning muscles. The other factor in developing and maintaining physical fitness is strength exercise to build and tone muscle and to burn fat. Strength exercises are good for weight management because they stimulate muscle growth even after the exercise has been completed. This means that the body continues to burn fat for an extended period of time.
Mental Health
Mental health, as it applies to health nutrition and fitness, is the way we think, how we feel and how we act as we interact with our surroundings. Our mental health contributes to our relations with other people, how we make decision, make choices and how we cope with stress. People with good mental health are able to control their emotions, feelings and behavior. Keeping the mind active through reading, playing games, and an active social life contributes to good mental health.

Spiritual Health Spirituality can be defined as sensitivity or attachment to religion, or as a state condition of being spiritual. Some people ignore or overlook the importance of spirituality in relation to health nutrition and fitness, because they relate spirituality only to religion. Through out history man has struggled with the concept of spirituality. Basically spirituality is the struggle to become the most perfect person or individual. The path to achieve this goal may be through seeking external help through religion of some form, or internal through meditation and study of both present and past human interactions. The above is based on personal study, experiences and observations through out my life.
